This introductory course will introduce you to NLP and the fundamental tools you can use to support your clients in achieving their goals. (NLP)Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a highly effective set of tools and techniques that help coaches understand and influence their clients' thinking and behavior patterns. By using NLP techniques, you can understand where to tap into and identify your clients' struggles, how they process and filter information through their senses, how they use their language to communicate their internal and external experiences, and, ultimately, how their behaviors help achieve their goals. You will also help your clients change their emotional and psychological states.
The course will run for Six weeks, with two-hour interactive learning sessions and practical exercises to enrich your experience. Each week, we will introduce different tools, discuss their applications, demonstrate the techniques, and allow you to practice and implement the learnings with actual case studies.
